He noted that there <br /> was an incident that he was not happy with <br /> and wanted to file a complaint. <br /> Councilman Caranci stated that Mr. Leo <br /> should write a letter to the City Admin- <br /> istrator and it will be carried on from <br /> there. If Mr. Leo is not satisfied with <br /> the results he can than proceed to Council <br /> as is the procedure. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 675 on <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 675 second reading by title only. He reported <br /> ADOPTION UNIFORM that the ordinance was published in full <br /> MECHANICAL, PLUMBING on February 20, and the notice of public <br /> & FIRE CODE. hearing was published on February 27, and <br /> SECOND READING March 5, 1980. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> There were no comments, public hearing <br /> closed. <br /> Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br /> No. 675 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br /> man DelPizzo. Roll call. AYES: Carnival, <br /> Domenico, DelPizzo, Fauson, Caranci, <br /> Meier. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 677 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 677 on <br /> MIN. STATES VIDEO second reading by title only.
