Stahl, and City Cleft <br /> Stahl. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br /> minutes of the Kay 6, 1960, nesting as <br /> • <br /> presented. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councils DslPisso moved that the enclo- <br /> surers be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> C.I.C. PAY EST. #4 Councilman DelPisso moved that pay est. <br /> CITY HALL REMODEL #4 be made to C.I.C. in the amount of <br /> 94,250, be approved. Seconded by Counclwan <br /> Caranci. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL Attorney Joss reported that the proper notice <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE had been posted. Mayor Waschak opened the <br /> public hearing. There were no comments. . <br /> Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. <br /> Councilman Domenico roved that the American <br /> • Legion special events liquor license be <br /> approved. Seconded by Councilman !Meier. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> RENAMING OF STREET Residents along Courtesy Road requested that <br /> DISCUSSION Council rename the street back to its <br /> original nacre. <br /> Council voiced their feelings on the matter, <br /> stating that a pole should be taken of <br /> residents who live in the area and would be <br /> effected. <br /> After discussion Councilman Domenico moved <br /> that Resolution No. 17 be void and Council <br /> instruct the City Administrator to prepare <br /> a Resolution leaving the streets as they were <br /> before Resolution No. 17 was adopted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Fauaon. Notion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> Mr. Burl did note that he would like to <br /> have Courtesy Rd. and East St. all named <br /> one as they will eventually be one street. <br /> He stated that he would contact the per- <br /> sons living on East St. to see what there <br /> feelings are. <br /> fl//VaTE5 <br />
