ORDINANCE NO. 685 All members of Council had before them a BEITELSHEES ZONING copy of Ordinance No. 685 for their re- FIRST READING view and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only, stating that the zoning requested was C-C. Discussion was held on zoning of the property and the surrounding properties. Council suggested a review by staff of the areas which were zoned C-C. Staff also noted the realignment of Delaney Road 100 feet north at the request of the State Highway Department. After comments Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance No 685 be ordered pub- lished and a public hearing be set for June 17, 1980. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 6-0. •
