Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Domenico. Notion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> A 6 E LIQ. LIC RENEWAL Councilmen Caranci moved that A 48 Liq. <br /> License renewal be approved. Seconded by <br /> Councilmen Fauson. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23 Mr. Wurl read the resolution commending <br /> DAVID C. STAHL David Stahl for his work as Dir. Parks & <br /> Recreation. <br /> Councilman DelPizto moved that Resolution <br /> No. 23, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Fuson. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> ACCEPTANCE CARNIVAL Councilman Meier moved that Council <br /> APPLICATION accept Randy Carnival's application for <br /> the position of Parks & Rec. Dir. Seconded <br /> by Councilman De1Piszo. Mr. Wurl noted <br /> that implications will be accepted until <br /> July 15, 1980. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> AMERICAN LEGION SET Attorney Joss noted that the application <br /> PUBLIC HEARING FOR was in order. <br /> SPECIAL EVENTS LIQ. LIC. Councilman Carnival moved that a public <br /> hearing be set for July 1, 1980 for the <br /> American Legion special events liquor license <br /> request. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Motion carried 6-0 <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> JOE FRENCH/ JACOBS- Mt.
