Minutes - ppea <br /> IMO a�• 2 es l7.June 190Q <br /> INTERCHANGE CONT'D It was noted that there has been no time <br /> limit set as the letter seat to the Hwy. <br /> Hr..tWu rl stated there have been many ob- <br /> stacles and when moo reviewed the CI <br /> rreq t for consideration of the in . <br /> ed�ditioa to the lnterin plans. they <br /> would not let the request e an issue <br /> corridor. <br /> A study was to be completed in a six month <br /> period and that study has not been done. <br /> 1+r. =arich, stated that the developers <br /> have work to comply with all requests from <br /> the State to local levels and this has <br /> caused many delays. <br /> Councilman DelPizso stated that the City <br /> should continue on with the mall project <br /> without waiting for the result* from the <br /> outside agencies. <br /> Councilman Domenico also stated that he <br /> wanted to see the developer continue on <br /> with the plans and not wait for studies. <br /> Councilman Meier asked that the Attorney <br /> look into how the interim highway plan <br /> was passed through DRCOG with the wording <br /> that the interchange would be studied, to <br /> be completed in a six month period and see <br /> if the City could do anything about the <br /> plan. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 682 Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance <br /> JOSLIN ANNEXATION was published on May 21, 1980 and the <br /> SECOND READING P.H. public hearing notice was published on <br /> May 28, and June 4. Mayor Waschak opened <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Attorney Joss read the ordinance on second <br /> reading by title only. <br /> Planner Randall stated that the Planning <br /> Commission recommended annexation of the <br /> property. <br /> Council discussed water taps on the pro- <br /> perty. <br /> Mt. Wuri stated that only l tap would be <br /> supplied as the property can not be divided. <br /> After discussion Mayor Waschak closed the <br /> public hearing. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance lo. <br /> 682 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Fauson. <br /> Roll call. Carnival yes, Fauson yes, <br /> Domenico yes, Delpizzo yes, Hour yes. <br /> Caranci yes. Motion carried. <br />
