Parks & lro. oo, and City Clerk APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES Mayor Waachak and Council approved the minutes of the. Jana 17, 198840 000ncil sleeting as presented. ENCLOSUHEkS Councilman Fauson moved that enclosurers be accepted and placed under the proper head of business. COUNCIL ITEMS AMERICAN LEGION LIQUOR Attorney Joss reported that the application LICEIISE. SPECIAL EVENTS was in order and that the notice of hearing PUBLIC HEARING had been posted properly. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Thera were no cooaants for or against the license. Public bearing was closed. Councilman Meier moved that the American Legion spacial events liquor license for . the dates of July 26, and August. 24, 1980 be approved. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Moton carried. 5-0. ZURICK ANNEXATION REQUEST Ile. Wurl noted that Mr. Zurick had applied for annexation several weeks ago, but it was inadvertently left on the Council agenda at the last meeting. Councilman DelPizzo roved that the Zurick annexation request be referred to Plan- . nine Commission for further revtew. Councilman Carnival stated that at the last meeting a motion was made and passed that further annexations be asked to delay their zoning requests until the complete study of Louisville is wade, and felt this request should be delayed. Councilman Meier stated that he agreed that any action on this request be delayed. Councilman Domenico felt that action should be taken as it was the City who approached the parties asking that they consider annexation. IIINLIT
