Councilman Domenico moved that the Zurick Annexation request be tabled until the July 15, 1980 Council meeting. Seconded by Council- • man Meier. Motion carried 5-0. SUITTS ANNEXATION REQUEST Dennis Drumm, representing the applicant re- - quested that the matter be tabled until the August 5, 1980 meeting. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Suitts Annexation request be tabled until the August 5, 1980 Council meeting. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 5-0. AUDIENCE COMMENTS TONY CARPENTIER Mr. Carpentier noted that they would like to REMODELING REQUEST build a covered patio for eating at the rest- TONY'S PLACE aurant. Mr. Whorl noted that the restaurant is a non- conforming use and improvements are restricted. Ns recommended that Mr. Carpentier meet with Mr. Rupp to discuss what is permisable at his location. It vas also noted that a state liquor fora must be submitted and approved. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE NO. 689 A11 members of Council had before them a copy HOWL TRAFFIC CODE of Ordinance No. 689 for their review and files. Mt. Wurl requested that Council allow staff to do a study on South Boulder road and let them come back with the result as relates to the spied limit and a recommendation before the ordinance is put out for publication.
