Parking lot, <br /> but will not be able to as planned. <br /> Hr. Wurl requested from Council permission <br /> for the carnival to set up on Spruce from <br /> Main to Front and Front St from Spruce <br /> to Walnut. He noted that it is pending <br /> approval from the business parsons in- <br /> volved. <br /> Attorney Joss asked that they be requested <br /> to have all equipment and tents down the <br /> day after for the businesses in that area. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that Council ap- <br /> prove the location with the condition they <br /> have equipment down day after Labor Day. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion <br /> carried 4-0. <br /> CABLE TELEVISION Mr. Wurl reviewed the comparison sheet of <br /> RECOMMENDATION the companies who applied to provide Cable <br /> T.Y. in Louisville. <br /> Mr. Wurl reported that staff reviewed all <br /> the companies, and noted that all ware very <br /> good and reputable. all had favorable as- <br /> pects to them, but in looking at the needs <br /> of the City of Louisville, it was staffs <br /> foaling that Storer Cable T.V. could do <br /> the City the best job and therefore <br />
