After discussion Attorney Joss read the resolution in full. Councilman Fauson moved that Resolution No. 28 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man Caranci. Motion carried 4-0. APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY Councilman Carnival moved that the City REPORT Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 4-0. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT FALL FESTIVAL CARNIVAL Mr. hurl stated that the carnival was to locate in the Village Sq. Parking lot, but will not be able to as planned. Hr. Wurl requested from Council permission for the carnival to set up on Spruce from Main to Front and Front St from Spruce to Walnut. He noted that it is pending approval from the business parsons in- volved. Attorney Joss asked that they be requested to have all equipment and tents down the day after for the businesses in that area. Councilman Caranci moved that Council ap- prove the location with the condition they have equipment down day after Labor Day. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 4-0. CABLE TELEVISION Mr. Wurl reviewed the comparison sheet of RECOMMENDATION the companies who applied to provide Cable T.Y. in Louisville. Mr. Wurl reported that staff reviewed all the companies, and noted that all ware very good and reputable. all had favorable as- pects to them, but in looking at the needs of the City of Louisville, it was staffs foaling that Storer Cable T.V. could do the City the best job and therefore
