NOES: Fauson. Lotion carried 3-1. ORDINANCE NO. 693 Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance CODE OF ETHICS was published in full on August 6, 1980 SECOND READING public hearing notice on August 13, 1980. MIMIC HEARING Attorney Joss read the ordinance on se- cond reading by title only. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. • Councilman Carnival moved that the pub- lic hearing be continued until the Septem- ber 2, meeting when all Council members will be present. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried 4-0. • John Leary 1116 LaFarge, asked if this will cause a problem on getting the issue on the November election ballot. Attorney Joss stated that he did not know for sure, but would check and let him know. ORDINANCE NO. 694 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 694 on CONCEALED WEAPONS second reading by title only stating that SECOND READING it was properly published on August 6, 1980, Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance • No. 694 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man Carnival. Roll call: AYES: Fauson, Caranci, Carnival, Domenico. Motion carried 4-0.
