APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES - OCTOBER 14, 1980 Motion by Martella and seconded by Ferrara to approve the minutes of the October 14, 1980 meeting and they be placed on file. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 3. ENCLOSURES The enclosures were reviewed by the Chairman. Motion by Shipton and seconded by Caranci to accept the enclosures and they be brought up under the proper heading of business. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 4. COMMISSION ITEMS A. PINE STREET PLAZA. FINAL PLAT AND PUD - PUBLIC NEARING Chairman Dhieux opened the public hearing. Staff certification called for. Randall stated notice was published in the Louisville Times in the October 22, 1980 issue, and proper mailing was made to all property owners within the required 300' . Mr . Rick Bowler, representative for the applicant reviewed the data and information from the Preliminary Plat and PUD, showed designs , (le) East Street Improvements and re-routing of same. He stated that Phase I would be completed first, and Phase 1I and III to be developed in the future. Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was in support of applicant? None. Opposed? None. STAFF REMARKS: Randall said the problems have been solved . the re- quirements are more than adequate. He did recommend that Phase III approval not be given at this time. Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat and PUD with the exception of Phase 111 .
