Consulting Architect and Tom Chandler of <br /> Nelson-Roth and Associates, Inc. <br /> The Minutes of the October 22, 1980 meeting were approved as presented. <br /> Reports <br /> Rupp told the members that a joint meeting has been set with City <br /> Council and LURHA for Tuesday, December 2, 1980, 6: 30 PM, new City <br /> Hall . Rupp and Hinsberger to form an agenda so that the short meeting <br /> will stay on track for the time allotted. <br /> Rupp said FmHA has called a meeting Friday, November 21 . 1980, 10:30 AN. <br /> at FmHA' s State headquarters in Denver. Keith Suerdick, architect for <br /> FmHA has called this meeting in regards to units 27. 28. 29. 30 at Regal <br /> Square. Those attending will be Rupp, Hinsberger, Ferris, the contractor <br /> Pat Roche, the architect George Clayton and Brighton FmNA representatives <br /> According to the engineer report we received from Centennial Engineering, <br /> Regal Square will always encounter some problems; however the building <br /> is structurally sound. We have this in writing from Centennial Eng- <br /> ineering. <br /> Rupp introduced Tom Chandler, Nelson-Roth I Associates , Salina.Kansas to <br /> the members . Rupp said that 8 developers packets were picked up, and <br /> the only one submitted was from Nelson-Roth. Bid opening was November <br /> 6. 1980 at 2: 00 PM. In attendance at that meeting was Nelson-Roth rep's <br /> Jim Nelson. Tom Chandler and Mr. McCleary. Betty Tunnel from HUD, Max <br /> Saul . Consulting Architect, Bob Hinsberger, LHA Chairman and John Rupp, <br /> Executive Director. Rupp said the only other proposal he received was <br /> the next day from ZVFK Architects of Ft. Collins. If the Authority <br /> does not like the proposal that we have received, they would be will - <br /> ing to sit down and work with the Authority on coming up with some al- <br /> ternative porposals . This was only an additional option. <br />
