• 410 I <br /> Paga - 8 - 2/3/81 <br /> COUNCILMAN CUMtINGS Inquired if any dates had been set <br /> FENCING OF DITCHES for study sessions for fencing ditches. <br /> WATER - CITY OF LAFAYETTE and the water agreement with the City <br /> of Lafayette, <br /> Administrator Wurl advised the dates <br /> had not been set. <br /> Councilman Cummings stated he had <br /> several comments from the citizens <br /> regarding the water agreement with <br /> Lafayette. <br /> Councilman Cummings wished City Clerk <br /> Stahl good luck. and it was a pleasure <br /> working with her. <br /> COUNCILMAN FAUSON Defended the Mayor 's parking space <br /> and stated it should remain. <br /> Councilman Fauson also wished City <br /> Clerk Stahl good luck in her new <br /> endeavors. <br /> MAYOR CARANCI Stated that the speed limit signs <br /> SPEED LIMIT SIGNS ON DILLON ROAD on Dillon Road were confusing - going <br /> west the speed limit is 35 MPH and <br /> going east it is 45 MPH. <br /> COUNCILMAN CARNIVAL Remarked this same discrepancy exists <br /> between the RR tracks on South Boulder <br /> Road and Hiway 42. <br /> ACCEPTANCE Councilman Domenico moved that the <br /> council comments be accepted and <br /> placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Meier, Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills <br /> in the amount of $102,636. 10. <br /> Councilman Meier moved that the bills <br /> be approved and checks issued for same. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br /> COUNCILMAN CARNIVAL Under the category - Highways & Streets <br /> Quality Paving Co. , asphalt patching, <br /> inquired if city crew could do this, <br /> as the charge was $766.00 <br /> Administrator Wurl advised this amount <br /> was reimbursed by the developer. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br />
