Mr. Wurl to have <br /> it moved. <br /> SPEED LIMIT SIGNS FOR LAFAYETTE ST. Inquired if the signs had been -ordered. <br /> City Engineer Blanchard advised he <br /> had checked with the attorneys and <br /> the signs could not be installed <br /> until the ordinance became effective, <br /> February 20, 1981. <br /> BENDER VETERINARY CLINIC Thanked Director Rupp for the up-date <br /> on PI. S and inquired what the delay was <br /> on the Bender Veterinary Clinic. <br /> Director Rupp to check, <br /> COAL CREEK STATION Inquired if there was a problem with <br /> the streets . <br /> Director Rupp advised this has been <br /> delayed until further terms are <br /> worked out regarding fees, and <br /> costs relative to the improvements <br /> of South Boulder Road, etc. <br /> ANNEXATIONS Suggested this report be given to <br /> the Planning Commission on a regular <br /> basis. <br /> Director Rupp advised that the Plan- <br /> ning Commission as well as Council <br /> will be given the reports. <br />
