_
M E M O R A N D U M
TO: John Rupp, Director
Department of Community Development
FROM: August Bioco, Director DA-
Department of Community Services
DATE: February 12, 1981
RE: Stockade and South Park
John, in working out an agreement with Craig
Kruger, from MaStain Enterprise, it is still in the
negotiating stages but what we're planning on doing
is having MaStain Enterprise put in South Park com-
pletely which would run around $178,582. 00. Along
with putting South Park in he would put in outlot B-1.
The City would then agree to waive the fees from the
Service Expansion fee, for Parks and Recreation, until
this amount is paid. They would also agree on paying
us for outlot B-1, D-2 and B-3 and the City would
put in park improvements on these areas. This would
total around $25,000 - $30,000.00.
Again, I have to emphasize that the park would
be totally put in. That means irrigation system, sod,
backstop, clay infield, fences, etc. to get us ready for
the summer of 1981 recreation program.
If you need any additional information, please
give me a call.
•
•
