The trade name <br /> of the establishment will be the <br /> Black Diamond Saloon. Each member <br /> of council had a copy of all the <br /> information required and Attorney <br /> Joss suggested a public hearing date <br /> be March 5, 1981 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING DATE SET Councilman DelPiszo moved that the <br /> MARCH 5, 1981 liquor license application submitted <br /> by Richard Ross public hearing data <br /> be set for March 5, 1981. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Cummings. <br /> Councilman Domenico inquired of Attorney <br /> JOSS if he would be allowed to vote <br /> on the issue since Mr. Ross was a <br /> relative. Attorney Joss advised in <br /> regard to the Ethics Ordinance. he <br /> would be allowed to vote as long as <br /> he has no financial interest in the <br /> proposed establishment. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. 6-0. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF COUNCIL ITEMS Councilman Domenico moved that the <br /> council items be accepted and placed <br /> on file. Seconded by Councilman Car- <br /> nival. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion ^srried 6-n. <br /> ITEMS FROM PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE Mr. Don McKee, Chairman of Citizens <br /> NOT APPEARING ON THE AGENDA Participating in Louisville's Future, <br /> 1045 LaFarge Ave. He thanked Attorney <br /> Joss and the City for the legal fees <br /> amounting to $444.25. He wanted to <br /> verify is this amount and a previous <br /> charge of $176.07 were paid for by <br /> Jacobs/Kahan Co. per the annexation <br /> agreement. <br />
