Administrator Wurl ad- <br /> vised, not all specifically, but in <br /> all fairness part of these would be <br /> covered by - annexation fees. <br /> Mr. McKee then asked if the election <br /> itself would be paid for by Jacobs/ <br /> Kahan? <br /> Administrator Wurl advised the City <br /> of Louisville would pay for thee. election. <br /> Mr. McKee contended that it was part <br /> of the annexation process, that Mr. <br /> Kahan should be asked to pay for that. <br /> Administrator Wurl advised that this <br /> was debated by council, but rather <br /> than have his committee use that <br /> against us, the City chose to pay <br /> for the election. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY 'S FEPORT Attorney Joss read the ordinance by <br /> ORDINANCE #707 - TREE BOARD title only on second reading. <br /> 2ND READING Councilman Domenico moved that Ordin- <br /> ance #707 - Tree Board be adopted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Roll call vote: <br /> Cummings Yes <br /> Carnival Yes <br /> Fauson Yes <br /> Domenico Yea <br /> DelPizzo Yes <br /> Meier Yes <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> ACCEPTANCE Councilman Fauson moved that the City <br /> Attorney's report be accepted and <br /> placed on file.
