Cummings, DelPisso, Carnival, lacier, and Domenico. Also present were City Administrator Wuurl, City Attorney Joss Measurer easurer Reason. Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leeman, Director of Community Services Mioco, City Engineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, and Acting City Clerk Mattock. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the minutes of rescheduled meeting of March 3, 1981 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Carnival moved that the items enclosed be accepted and toZought up under the proper head of busin Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS and asked Attorney Joss if the appli- LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING:- cation was in order. Attorney Joss reported that the appli- cation was in order and the request was for two dates, and the proper posting had been made at the proper location. Mayor Caranci asked if there was anyone in tho audience supporting the application. None. Anyone opposed - None. APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved that the American Legion Special Events Liquor License be approved for April 17, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.M. until 2:00 A.M. April 18, 1981 and May 22, 1981 from 6:00 P.K. till 2:00 A.K. May 23, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. TRI-CITY ELKS - LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman Domenico moved that the RENEWAL Tri-City Elks Liquor License be re- newed. Seconded by Councilman Beier. Question called for. All in favor.
