• 3/19/81 Page - 2 - CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Mr. Robert Hinsberger, 728 LmFarge RESOLUTION # 6 - SERIES 1981 Ave. , Louisville advised Council BELLA VISTA SOUTH - FINAL P.U.D. that he purchased the property from & REPLAT David Pose in October, 1980 and it was annexed and zoned approximately August of 1980. At that time Mc. Poss had it zoned for 6 units - 4 single family units and one duplex. He advised that he preferred to have 6 single family units. Councilman DelPizzo Inquired of Director Rupp, if a single family dwelling could be constructed on 5,000 sq.ft. Rupp advised that the P.U.D. allowed for the flexibility to build on less than the required 7,000 sq.ft. but does require the approval of the Planning Commission and City Council, and no more than 6 units could be built on the site area. Attorney Joss read the resolution in its entirety and each council member had a copy in his possession. ADOPTION - RESOLUTION #6 Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolu- tion #6, Series 1981 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Councilman Domenico Inquired of Mr. Hinsberger what type homes he intended to build. Hinsberger stated the homes would be 2-story in the $70,000 - $75,000 range. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S Councilman Domenico moved that the REPORT City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Administrator Wurl provided each council Building Inspector's Procedure member with a report from the Building on Set-backs Inspector as to procedures on set-backs at their request.
