Louisville Jaycees - Special Events Liquor License. <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> Enclosed is the information relating to this application. <br /> B. John Leavitt - St. Anthony's Hospital - Planning Dept. <br /> Mr. Leavitt has requested time to visit with the <br /> council about the planning efforts that he is involved <br /> in on behalf of the hospital, as they may effect Louis- <br /> ville. <br /> C. Mark Van Ark - Water Tap Request. <br /> Enclosed is Mr. Van Ark's letter, also other memos out- <br /> lining the problem we have had this past week. Our <br /> people inadvertently issued a tap permit to Mr. Van <br /> Ark and the tap was made; he installed the pipe line <br /> to his mother's house. We notified Mr. Van Ark that this <br /> had been improperly handled. The only people that could <br /> authorize and out of the city water tap was the city <br /> council. <br /> Item 5. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 6. City Attorney's Report <br /> A. Ordinance #724- Amending Electric Code - 2nd Reading. <br /> Copy is enclosed. <br />
