Self explanatory <br /> Item 3. Items enclosed should be accepted and brought up under the <br /> proper head of business. <br /> Item 4. Council Items <br /> A. Boulder Valley Pow Wow Special Events Liquor License <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> Information is enclosed relating to this. <br /> Item 5. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 6. City Attorney's Report <br /> A. Ordinance #732 - Amending Electrical Code - 1st Reading <br /> When we made the change a couple months ago, we inad- <br /> vertently had a section in there that requires conduit <br /> in dwelling units that is not consistent with the Nation- <br /> al Electrical Code or other cities around us, and adds <br /> approximately $500 to the cost of the unit when it isn't <br /> necessary. So we are proposing an amendment to the code <br /> which will be read on let reading that would eliminate <br /> that section. <br /> Item 7. City Administrator's Report <br /> A. Cemetery Fees <br /> Enclosed is a memo from Augie requesting that the fees <br /> at the Cemetery be increased somewhat, so as to cover <br /> costs. I have also asked him to submit a comparative <br /> list of fees from cemeteries in our area. <br /> Item 8. Council Comments and Committee Reports <br /> Item 9. Approval of the bills <br /> Item 10. Adjournment <br />
