• ! <br /> REGULAR MEETING - _ LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 18 1981 <br /> Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.H. with the following <br /> Council members present: Fauson, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier, and Domenico. <br /> Also present were: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Rautenstraus, <br /> Director of Community Development Rupp, Lt. Wahman, Chief Accountant Car- <br /> anci, City Engineer Blanchard, Director of Community Services Hioco and <br /> Acting City Clerk Mudrock. Absent : Councilman Cummings, City Treasurer <br /> Hasson and Police Chief Leesman. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of August <br /> 4, 1981 as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br /> enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business . Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. • . <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Patricia Stahl was present to represent <br /> STORER CABLE TV UPDATE Storer Cable T.V. She advised Council <br /> PATRICIA STAHL the plans for their building were with <br /> the Building Department - will then go <br /> to the Planning Dept. After their review <br /> Storer will get their building permit. <br /> Hopefully the head-in completion date <br /> will be Sept. 15, 1981. An undergound <br /> trunk line will be started August 20, 1981 <br /> on Caledonia St. and continue into the <br /> Hillsborough North sub-division. This <br /> should take approximately 2 weeks. Weather <br /> permitting service should be on line for <br /> the city the latter part of September. <br /> Councilman Meier Inquired of Attorney Rautenstraus if there <br /> was a time limit on the Storer Agreement. <br /> Rautenstraus advised the agreement stated <br /> within a year after it was signed. It <br /> was his opinion the company was working <br /> deligently and would meet the limit. <br /> Councilman Meier expressed his appreciation <br /> for the letter from Storer advising the <br /> homeowners that the company would be working <br /> in the right-of-ways. <br /> Mrs. Stahl advised that representatives <br /> of the utility companies, as well as repre- <br /> sentatives of Storer would be knocking on <br /> /if/ S <br />
