ORDINANCE #730 - STC NORTH Attorney Rautenstraus advised Council the ANNEXATION - 2ND READING request was that Mayor Caranci open the PUBLIC HEARING public hearing and continue it until Oct. 6, 1981. Each member of council had a copy ct the ordinance before him. H• then read the ordinance by title only. Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing. Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper publication. CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING Councilman i feier moved that the public hearing UNTIL OCT. 6. 1981 on Ordinance #730 - STC North Annextion be continued until October 6, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. ORDINANCE #731 - STC NORTH Attorney Rautenstraus again requested that ZONING - 2ND READING - PUBLIC the public hearing on this ordinance be HEARING opened and continued until October 6, 1981. Each member of council had a copy of the ordinance before him. Attorney Rautenstraus then read the ordinance by title only. Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper publication. CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING Councilman DelPizzo moved that the public UNTIL OCT. 6. 1981 hearing on Ordinance #731 - STC North Zoning be continued until October 6, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. ORDINANCE #732 - AMENDING Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance ELECTRIC CODE - 2ND READING by title only on second reading and certi- fied proper publication. ADOPTION Councilman Cummings moved that Ordinance #732 Amending the Electric Code be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Fauson.
