Seconded by - - <br /> Councilman Brown. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE #741 - WILLIMS & Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br /> ASSOCIATES REZONING on first reading by title only. The re- <br /> quest was for publication and suggested <br /> date of public hearing October 20, 1981. <br /> PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED AND Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br /> PUBLIC HEARING #741 - Williams & Associates Rezoning <br /> be put out for publication and the public <br /> hearing be set for October 20, 1981. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION #20 - COAL TRAIN Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br /> SQUARE FINAL PLAT & P.U.D. in its entirety. <br /> SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br /> Director Rupp gave a slide presentation - <br /> located at the northwest corner of South <br /> Boulder Road and Hiway 42, approximately <br /> 4. 6 acre site, zoned commercial-business. <br /> The project is a mixed-use development - <br /> fast food restaurant - southeast corner, <br /> service station - off South Boulder Road, <br /> northwest corner - proposed for commercial <br /> and office building. Site has 3 points <br /> of access - 2 off South Boulder Road and <br /> and in only from Hiway 42. One of the <br /> uses for the site is a self-service station <br /> proposed by Diamond-Shamrock. Discussion <br /> was held with the State Highway Dept. , <br /> developer, and existing Christopher Village <br /> owners as to traffic patterns, walkways, <br /> parking, and landscapting. Planning Dept. <br /> and staff recommend approval. <br /> Councilman Brown Referred to the site plan given each member <br /> of Council and expressed concern about not <br /> having a left-turn lane from the south side <br /> of South Boulder Road. <br /> Director Rupp advised that design would be <br /> developed by the City and would be adjusted. <br />
