It was his opinion this was <br /> a legitimate request. <br /> Councilman Meier also stated that the <br /> Mountain Bell Telephone Company are very <br /> difficult to work with regarding Cable <br /> TV - not allowing anyone to string lines <br /> on their poles or hire additional per- <br /> sonnel to help the situation. It was <br /> also his opinion this was a legitimate <br /> request. <br /> EXTENSION AUTHORIZED Councilman Meier moved that Storer Cable <br /> TV be granted an extension until November <br /> 30, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> RE-ELECTION FOR MAYOR Mayor Caranci stated that he would not <br /> seek re-election for Mayor in the upcoming <br /> November 3. 1981 election. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would <br /> be running for Mayor. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman Cummings moved that the council <br /> comments be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the <br /> amount of $90,207. 64. <br /> Councilman Domenico moved that the bills <br /> be approved and checks written for the <br /> same. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting <br /> be adjourned.
