All in favor. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> RESOLUTION #21 - CEDARWOOD Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br /> PARK - PLAT AND P.U.D. in its entirety. <br /> Director Rupp gave a slide presentation <br /> of the project. Location south of Hutchinson <br /> St. , zoned RL, amended PUD calls for 22 single <br /> family dwellings and 22 townhouse units, on <br /> site drainage detention will be required, as <br /> well as extension and improvements to streets. <br /> At the time of the 12th CO all fire hydrants <br /> must be located, and when development goes <br /> north of West St. Jefferson Ave. must be com- <br /> pleted. Also, the street improvements must <br /> be completed by June, 1983. <br /> Councilman Fauson Inquired if the Fire Marshall had approved <br /> the 20' access to the townhouse apartments. <br /> Rupp advised that the Fire Marshall attended <br /> the referral meeting held for all departments <br /> and did not express any concerns . The Fire <br /> Marshall did request that no parking signs <br /> be posted in that area to insure they would <br /> have unobstructed access. <br /> CO Issuance Councilman Fauson inquired when CO's are <br /> issued - was it prior to improvements? <br /> Rupp advised CO's are issued in compliance <br />
