The Planning Com- mission expressed expressed concern and desire to take one element at a time - review it for some months rather than attempting to do a concentrated effort of 5 elements in 3 months. He felt it was a rigorous schedule to follow, and Planning Commission did not have an opportunity to review the amendments as presented to Council . Suggested that if a public hearing be held - July would be better Councilman Leary Felt that he didn't have enough time to go over the amendments in detail, and suggested it be put on the agenda for discussion at the next council meeting and then delay the public hearing until July. It was his opin- ion that Planning Commission had met the in- tent of the ordinance. Mayor Meier Expressed the desire to definitely have a public hearing so if the citizens wish to have some input they would have the oppor- tunity to do so. Councilwoman Morris Commented she had a number of specific ques- tions . Mayor Meier suggested she meet with Director Rupp before the next meeting. Mayor Meier Congratulated everyone who worked on the amendments to the comprehensive plan es- pecially in meeting the June 1st schedule. COUNCIL ITEMS B. C, & D Since none of the water agreements were TABLED UNTIL AFTER CITY in the council packets, Councilman Leary ATTORNEY'S REPORT moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded Council Items B, C. and D be tabled until after the City Attorney's Report.
