American Legion - Special Events Liquor License Application. <br /> Set Date for Public Hearing. <br /> The information is enclosed - suggested date for the public <br /> hearing - August 17 , 1982. <br /> C. Henry Tobin - Nuclear War Education Committee Presentation. <br /> Mr. Tobin has requested time to make a presentation to <br /> Mayor and Council , and indicated that they were sending <br /> some information about the topic under separate cover to <br /> the Mayor and Council. <br /> D. Mayor's Proclamation - Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week. <br /> Item 6. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 7. City Attorney' s Report. <br /> A. Ordinance #769 - Subdivision and Zoning Code Changes <br /> A copy is enclosed. These are changes that have been recom- <br /> mended by the Planning staff and the City Attorney and re- <br /> viewed by the Planning Commission - now are ready for first <br /> reading by Mayor and Council . <br /> B. Ordinance #770 - Industrial Revenue Bonds - Stairs Inc. <br /> Sometime ago we approved the Resolution of Intent regarding <br /> this item and are now ready to proceed with their Industrial <br /> Revenue Bonds. <br />
