Jicinsky Construction - Pay Estimate #2 Community Bldg. <br /> A copy of the estimate is enclosed, as well as the recommenda- <br /> tion from our staff that Council authorize payment . <br /> F. Lafayette Water Case - Appoint Special Counsel. <br /> As Mr. Williamson mentioned at the water study session and <br /> outlined his reasons for recommending that we hire David <br /> Robbins with the firm of Hill and Robbins to represent us <br /> in this particular case. Need Council's authorization to <br /> proceed. <br />
