Recommendation here is that the matter be referred to the Planning Commission for their review and recommendation. Item 7. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. Item 8. City Attorney' s Report A. Ordinance #784 - Public Notice - 2nd Reading B. Ordinance #785 - Eicher Disconnection - 1st Reading, Set Date for Public Hearing. The suggested date for the public hearing is your meeting of April 5, 1983. C. Resolution #10 - Deferred Compensation Plan A memo is enclosed explaining this . Basically the employees have become unhappy with the present retirement or deferred comp plan and have decided to make a change and we are recom- mending that Council authorize that change. We have outlined in the memo the major differences in the two plans . D. Resolution #11 - Manufactured Housing. The Colorado Municipal League has asked for our support in opposing this legislation for the reasons outlined in the supporting information. E. Resolution #12 - Anti Trust Once again the Council took action on this matter , but it was for attempting to obtain legislation at a Federal level. Now the League is asking us to support this Senate Bill as effects land use regulation only in Colorado. F. Mayor' s Proclamation - Poison Prevention Week. Item 9. City Administrator's Report A. Boulder County Request - Re: Urban Drainage & Flood Control Enclosed is a memo from the City Engineer outlining what problems the County sees with urban drainage and flood control and how that impacts Louisville. The recommendation is that we stay in the urban drainage flood control district because Louisville tends to fair out pretty well. B. Cruz -- Water Purchase Agreement Copy enclosed - recommending that Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement.
