•
Page -3-
C. Boulder County Land - Purchase Contract
The purchase contract will be submitted for Council's
review. Hopefully the County will have approved it by Tuesday
and we can proceed with the authorization on your part
for the Mayor and the Clerk to sign the Contract on the
County land in Paragon Heights.
D. Mesa Point - Access and Parking Easement .
This information is enclosed relating to this request.
E. Election Ward Redistricting - Map Approval
Four different alternatives are enclosed for Council's review.
Action requested is formal approval of the map of your choice,
and authorization by the Council for the City Attorney to pre-
pare the ordinance adopting that as the official ward map.
F. Harper Lake - Preliminary Site Approval.
A map is enclosed reflecting, in a general way, the outer
boundaries inside of which will be the ultimate configuration
of the Harper Lake plan. We are asking for your preliminary
approval so that we can proceed with the removal of dirt
free of charge, if the opportunity arises . Each and every
yard of dirt that we are able to have moved out of that
given area for various projects will save the City $1.50
which could be a considerable savings to us ultimately.
Hopefully we can get the entire amount of dirt removed which
would save us a substantial amount of money.
Item 10. Council comments and committee reports.
Item 11. Approval of the Bills
Item 12. Adjournment
