Mayor Norbert Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7 :34 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the <br /> call of the roll the following persons : <br /> COUNCILME4BERS: Herman Fauson. Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, <br /> Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary <br /> ABSENT: William Messon, City Treasurer <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl , City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> Steve Ferris , Chiet Building Inspector <br /> John Lanterman, Planner <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Council approved the iinut.s <br /> of the regular meeting of February 1 , 1983 <br /> as presented <br /> APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor and Council approved the agenda as <br /> presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved , Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business. Question called for . All in favor . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Representative Hume wished to introduce <br /> SANDY HUME - STATE REPRE- himself and expressed his appreciation for <br /> SENTATIVE the opportunity to visit and have dinner <br /> with members of the Council and staff last <br /> week. He presented councilmembers with a <br /> booklet of the members of the General Assembly <br /> in the event they wished to contact people <br /> at the Legislature. He and Senator Les <br /> Fowler are representatives for Louisville <br /> and would like to hear from Councilmembers <br /> when issues arise pertinent to Louisville. <br /> Representative Hume advised recently there <br /> had been a bill introduced and passed out <br /> of commitee in the Senate on the Marshall <br /> Landfill site. The 1,111 is currently in <br /> Senate Appropriations to deal with the super- <br />
