• <br /> 411 410 <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL _ MARCH 1, 1983 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7 :31 P.M. H.S.T. There being present at the <br /> call of the roll the following persons : <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris . <br /> Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera and Herman Fauson <br /> ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl , City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> John Rupp , Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco. Director of Community Services <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Sharon Caranci , Chief Accountant <br /> Steve Ferris , Chief Building Inspector <br /> Cleo Mudrock. City Clerk <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Council approved the minutes of <br /> the regular meeting of February 15, 1983 <br /> as presented. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Meier requested a change in the list- <br /> ing of the items - Mayor' s Proclamation to <br /> be moved to Council Items. <br /> Councilman Cummings moved. Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded that the agenda be approved as <br /> amended. Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business . <br /> Missing Pages from Senate Councilwoman Morris advised chat several <br /> 8i11 210 pages were missing from Senate Bill 210, <br /> as information for Resolution #11 - Manu- <br /> factured Housing. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Councilwoman Morris moved that the Tri-City <br /> TRI-CITY ELKS LIQUOR LICENSE Elks Liquor License be renewed. Seconded <br /> RENEWAL by Councilman Ferrera. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> TRACK INN - LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman Fauson moved. Councilman Cummings <br /> RENEWAL seconded that the Track Inn liquor license <br /> be renewed. <br />
