Ordinance #785 - Eicher - Disconnection - 2nd Reading Public Hearing This relates to the proposed deannexation of the Eicher property. B. Ordinance #787 - Tap Fee Charges - 2nd Reading Copy is enclosed. C. Ordinance #788 - Membership Planning Commission - 1st Reading The City Attorney has prepared, at the request of council, this ordinance for your consideration on first reading, and a copy is enclosed for your review. D. Ordinance #789 - Wastewater Regulation - 1st Reading. The staff requested that this ordinance be prepared to up- date our regulations as relates to wastewater; and we are requesting council' s consideration on first reading. Copy is enclosed for your review. Item 9. City Administrator's Report A. South Park - Helart Park - Hillsborough West Park - Authority to Call for Bids Enclosed are memo from Director Hioco as well as estimates on proposed improvements at South Park, Helart Park, and Hillsborough West Park. We are requesting council's authority to call for bids. B. Regal Square - Award Bid - Sprinkler System Enclosed is memo and bid tabulation on the proposed sprinkler system at Regal Square , which council authorized us to call for bide. Recommendation is that the bid be awarded to the low bidder Thiesen Sprinkler System. C. Collins Lease - Agreement A copy of a memo and the revised lease is enclosed. Basically what happened is that Mr. Collins was the successful bidder last year on the lease of the property, north of the Filter Plant that the City obtained with the Mesa Point annexation. The farmer that had leased the property previously had crops on the land and Mr. Collins was unable to utilize the property, consequently, we are recommending that a year's extension be granted and the council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the new lease.
