South Park - Helart Park - Hillsborough West Park - Authority <br /> to Call for Bids <br /> Enclosed are memo from Director Hioco as well as estimates <br /> on proposed improvements at South Park, Helart Park, and <br /> Hillsborough West Park. We are requesting council's authority <br /> to call for bids. <br /> B. Regal Square - Award Bid - Sprinkler System <br /> Enclosed is memo and bid tabulation on the proposed sprinkler <br /> system at Regal Square , which council authorized us to call <br /> for bide. Recommendation is that the bid be awarded to the <br /> low bidder Thiesen Sprinkler System. <br /> C. Collins Lease - Agreement <br /> A copy of a memo and the revised lease is enclosed. Basically <br /> what happened is that Mr. Collins was the successful bidder <br /> last year on the lease of the property, north of the Filter <br /> Plant that the City obtained with the Mesa Point annexation. <br /> The farmer that had leased the property previously had crops <br /> on the land and Mr. Collins was unable to utilize the property, <br /> consequently, we are recommending that a year's extension be <br /> granted and the council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign <br /> the new lease. <br />
