Ordinance #787 - Tap Fee Changes - 2nd Reading If you recall we requested council to table this matter at the last meeting and we would like to make two little changes on page 2 under the demand at the bottom of the page, demand and gallons permitted, we want the wording under 1" to say from 23 to 45 points and under 11" it would be 46 to 80 and with that correction or change we recommend council pass the ordinance. C. Ordinance #788 - Planning Commission Membership - 2nd Reading A copy is enclosed in the packet for your consideration on 2nd reading. D. Ordinance #789 - Rickman-Moses Annexation-1st Reading - Set date for public hearing. Enclosed in the packet is the information relating to this as well as the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the suggested date for public hearing is your meeting of May 17 , 1983. E. Ordinance #790 - Rickman-Moses Zoning - 1st Reading - Set date for public hearing. Likewise the information relating to the zoning request and the recommendation of the Planning Commission is enclosed. The suggested date for the public hearing is your May 17 , 1983 meeting. F. Ordinance #791 - Warembourg Annexation - 1st Reading - Set date for public hearing. The information relating to this annexation request is enclosed in the packet. The recommendation of the Planning Commission is also enclosed. The suggested date for the public hearing is your May 17, 1983 meeting. G. Ordinance #792 - Warembourg Zoning - 1st Reading - Set date for public hearing. Likewise the information -relating to the zoning request is enclosed for your review and the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the suggested date for the public hearing is May 17, 1983. H. Ordinance #793 - Storer Cable TV Permit Transfer - 1st reading, set date for public hearing. This ordinance effects the transfer from the Storer Cable TV to Scripps-Howard and the City Attorney is suggesting the public hearing be held on the matter and suggesting that the public hearing be held on May 17, 1983. I. Ordinance #794 - Biella-Cons_ deration of possible election or the repeal of Ordinance #746 - Biella Annexation If you consider the ordinance then this would be the first reading, obviously and you would need to set a date for public hearing which would also be suggested on May 17 , 1983 meeting. In the event of a decision for an election we would have to discuss with the City Attorney' s calendar for that.
