- Page 3 -
City Attorney's Report Cont'd
J. Resolution #18 - 1983 BudgetAmendment
Once again after the review of the projected revenues and carryovers
from 1982 to 1983, we are in better shape than anticipated and
we are recommending some budget revenue changes and expenditure
changes and they are outlined in the attachments to the proposed
resolution.
Item 9. City Administrator's Report
A. Jicinsky Construction - Pine St. - Grant St. Sewer
Council authorized to call for bids on the replacement of this
stretch of sewer pipe. The low bidder was Jicinsky Construction.
Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the bid tabulation. Recommenda-
tion from our engineers was that we award the bid to Jicinsky
Construction.
B. Sunbelt Properties -- Proposed Annexation to Lafayette
Enclosed in the packet is a memo from John Rupp and maps showing
both the Cities Comp Plan and an article of the map showing a
proposed annexation. Under separate cover I will submit hopefully
by Monday or by Council Meeting some recommendation as to
how I feel we should oppose the annexation.
C. South Boulder Road Land Use
Enclosed in the packet is a memo from John Rupp relating to this
item. Basically we feel that we should do an in house, look-see
at the present zoning and how the cc plan recommendation effects this
area with an eye toward perhaps stopping any future thoughts or
consideration toward de-annexation by Landowners in that area. .
D. Dillon Road - Realignment approval
We are sending a copy of a map that reflects the proposed realignment
of Dillon Road by the Homart people so that they can coordinate
construction of that with the completion of the Interchange. Basic-
ally we have no problem with realignment, we are discussing how
that impacts with Mr. Biella and Mrs. Stelmach and Mr. Gold who are
land owners that would be effected by this change and we will have
that report to you by council meeting.
Item 10. Council Comments and Committee Reports
Item 11. Approval of the bills
Item 12. Adjournment
