. V 410 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 5 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7 :33 P.M. L.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons : COUNCILMEMSERS; John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris , Donald Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Henson, City Treasurer August Hioco, Director of Community Se r ices Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety David Blanchard, City Engineer John Hinkleman, Ass't Planner Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: John Rupp, Director of Community Development ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Councilwoman Morris requested the minutes Correction be corrected as follows : Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that standards be developed and work sessions be set with the Planning Com- mission before any more subdivisions are moved through the process. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously . Motion later withdrawn as stated on page 20 of the minutes of March 15 , 1983. Mayor and Council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of March 15 , 1983 as corrected. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Councilman Leary requested Item H be added Additions under council items - Direction to the Plan- ning Commission. Mayor Meier requested Item K. be added to the City Administrator' s report - Finger- printing of Children Program. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of busi- ness . Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried.
