I 4 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 2, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris and Herman Fauson ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Ken Huson, Acting City Engineer Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: Don Cummings , Councilman Dennis Ferrera, Councilman August Hioco, Director of Community Services Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Due to the tardiness of receiving the minutes, Delayed Until Next Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Cussen Meeting seconded that the approval of the minutes be delayed until next meeting. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Councilwoman Morris requested the Church of ADDITION Latter Day Saints and taking action on their Calling On the Surety Surety Bond regarding street improvements Bond - Church of the Latter Day Saints as Ttpni Qr. cf t.o Cicy Attorney' s Report. APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $157 , 383.75. Councilman Cussen moved that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Councilman Fauson seconded the motion. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business.
