PERMISSION GRANTED Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that Mr. Kim Burch be permitted to have a neighborhood party on August 6, 1983 from noon until 8:00 P.m. and that street closure be granted per his request. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Barriers Administrator Wurl advised Mr. Burch that the barriers would be set on the side of the street and he could set them in place. LYNN K. RICHMOND - ANNEXATION Councilmembers had a copy of the letter and REQUEST map depicting the area. Request was for councilmembers to refer the matter to the Planning Commission for further review and recommendation. DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOP- Advised that it was a small parcel of appoxi- MENT RUPP mately 3 acres located in the southwestern part of the City adjacent to the Centennial Valley Mall grad. REFERRED TO PLANNING COMMISSION Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that the Richmond Annexation request be referred to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation. ELECTION POLLING PLACES - Councilmembers had a copy of a memo from APPROVAL City Clerk Mudrock recommending polling places for the up-coming November Municipal Election. APPROVAL Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Leary seconded that the following Polling Places be approved for the up-coming Municipal Election.
