Felt that
the Mayor should give Councilmembers proper
time to review the program and if the results
are going to be meaningful he would like to
have input as to who was going to be on the
committee.
Mayor Meier replied that from the people who
do apply and from the ones he would appoint,
if Councilmembers had any sincere objections,
he felt that their concerns would be reviewed
and discussed. Reiterated that he would like
to advertise to see how many people would be
interested to serve on this committee. Had
not completed all the criteria at this time.
councilman Ferrera Also expressed concern about the criteria that
would be given the Task Force - would not be
definitely defined. Therefore, Council-
members would have an opportunity to review
the guidelines that Mayor Meier had.
TASK FORCE - TABLED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary
seconded that the Task Force item be tabled
until the next meeting with the specific charge,
the time-frame, and method of appointment in-
formation given to Councilmembers at packet
time by the Mayor. Question called for. All
in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
.AUDIENCE COMMENTS Mayor Meier stated that B. Fazio had signed
the sheet however was not in the audience
at this time.
3etty Johnson, 270 Hoover St. Thanked Councilmembers for repealing Ordinance
*791 - tiarembourg Annexation, but felt that
it was waste of the petitioners time, due to
the fact that it has been mentioned that the
building permit number is going to be raised
again. Possibly they should have looked at
