Ms. Kasza advised that they would <br /> be. Mr. Leary commented he felt that the park- <br /> ing plan could be flexible so as to minimize <br /> displacing residential areas, etc. <br /> :entleman in the Audience Inquired if there would be any assurance if <br /> -:nancing Through a Mill Levy the downtown development was financed through <br /> a mill levy that it would be withdrawn when <br /> the plan is completed. <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus advised that it would <br /> depend on how the ballot issue was worded; <br /> would depend totally on the type financing <br /> that was attempted; or could possibly be <br /> a development group with the downtown area. <br /> It could be a mill levy or sales tax finan- <br /> cing. <br /> Badger Inquired what the $200, 000. 00 for downtown <br /> development in the City' s 1984 budget was <br /> for.
