Boll Call vote: <br /> Morris Yes <br /> Cummings Yes <br /> Cussen Yes <br /> Ferrara Yes <br /> • <br /> Fauson Yes <br /> Meier Yea <br /> Leary Yes <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ORDINANCE #815 - ELDERLY TAX Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br /> RELIEF AMENDMENT - 2ND READING Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br /> on second reading and certified proper pub- <br /> lication. <br /> ADOPTION Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen <br /> seconded that Ordinance #815 - Elderly Tax <br /> Relief Amendment be adopted. Roll call vote: <br /> Ferrara Yes <br /> Leary Yes <br /> Fauson Yes <br /> Meier Yes <br /> Cussen Yes <br /> Morris Yes <br /> Cummings Yes <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ORDINANCE #816 - EMISSIONS Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br /> CONTROL AUTOMOBILE Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br /> on first reading and the request was for <br /> publication. <br /> Mayor Meier Referred to the first paragraph of the <br /> ordinance 'WHEREAS, the State of Colorado <br /> has a adopted a statewide program,* inquired <br /> if that was not just for the non-attainment <br /> areas other than the statewide program. <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus advised that this was <br /> correct - the program as such covers the <br /> entire state it is just that they set certain <br /> areas that are required to have the inspection <br /> and certain areas that are not. It could be <br /> changed if council so desired. <br /> Councilman Leary Commented although he was not required to do <br /> so, he would abstain on voting on this ordin- <br /> ance because he had part of the job of draft- <br /> ing the State Statute that brought this about <br />
