Councilwoman Morris Inquired how many acres are being requested in this annexation. Director Rupp advised approximately 5 acres and is just west of Continental View Drive. Question called for. WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTORS Councilmembers had a copy of the pay estimate PAY ESTIMATE #9 - WASTEWATER and recommendation from the engineers for PLANT payment. APPROVAL Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that Pay Estimate #9 to Western Empire Constructors,Inc. in the amount of $96,828.00 be approved. Question called for. A') in favor. Motion carried unanimously. AMERICAN LEGION POST NO. 111 Councilmembers had a copy of the application SPECIAL L: ATS LIQUOR LICENSE and request that a public hearing be set. PUBLIC HEARING - JANUARY 3, Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen 1984 seconded that the American Legion Post 111 Special Events Liquor License for January 21, 1984 and February 11, 1984 be accepted and a public hearing be set for January 3, 1984.
