Attorney Rautenstraus advised <br /> this was not proper - the ordinance must be <br /> published but did not need a public hearing. <br /> Councilman Cussen withdrew his motion. <br /> ORDINANCE #817 - DISPOSITION OF Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance: <br /> CONFISCATED PROPERTY Attorney Raustenstraus read it by title only <br /> on first reading and the request was for <br /> publication. <br /> Mayor Meier Wished clarification if the only change in <br /> the ordinance was the Return to Finder section. <br /> This was verified by Attorney Rautenstraus <br /> and Director Leeman. <br /> PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Cussen seconded <br /> that Ordinance 1817 - Disposition of Con- <br />_ fiscated Property be published.
