_ <br /> 12/20/83 Page -15- <br /> and what the elevation was from South <br /> Boulder Road to this part of the sub-division. <br /> Director Rupp verified that the buildings <br /> presently were 2 story, but was not certain <br /> what the elevation was other than it was up-hill. <br /> Leary commented the greatest site problem <br /> would be created from South Boulder Road - <br /> not Centennial Drive. <br /> Director Rupp commented that the townhouses <br /> would be placed approximately 250' from <br /> South Boulder Road. <br /> Councilman Ferrera Inquired what the maximum was for R-M zoning <br /> according to the ordinance, i.e. the property <br /> across F.Nuth Boulder Road owned by Rick an- <br /> Moses. <br /> Director .tupp replied 12.4 units per acre, <br /> unless there was a larger parcel where they <br /> would transfer the density. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Cummings <br /> seconded that Resolution #45 - Hunter's <br /> Point Final P.U.D. be approved. <br /> Mayor Meier Commented that he too favored the 2 buildings <br /> rather than the 4, and felt that the small <br /> bubbles in the fencing would help mitigate <br /> the impact. Felt that the height question <br /> had been addressed with the 2 buildings and <br /> felt that the plan was a good one. <br /> VOTE ON THE MOTION Question called for. 4 Ayes - 3 Nays. <br /> Councilmembers Leary, Morris and Cussen dis- <br /> senting. Motion carried 4-3. <br /> RESOLUTION #46 -- CHRISTOPHER Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution, <br /> VILLAGE P.U.D. AMENDMENT sumary from Director of Community Develop- <br /> ment Rupp, and recommendation from Planning <br /> Commission. Attorney Rautenstraus read tae <br /> resolution in its entirety. <br /> Ji, Hillhouse, Architect Mr. Hillhouse stated that in 1979 Christopher <br /> Rc;resentinq Christopher Associates of which he was a partner requested <br /> village and Associates and was approved for mixed use development <br /> in the City. This was the first mixed use <br /> development in the City that wrs approved <br /> combining commercial and residential zoning. <br /> They have a total of approximately 5 acres <br /> zoned commercial with a total square footage <br /> of 202,990. Have 4 office buildings planned <br /> on the site, located on the north side of <br /> South Boulder Road, east of the RR tracks <br /> The land use surrounding the property is <br /> commercial, as was theirs. <br />
