Thank you. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Luce In view of the fact that we duly recognize <br /> some of the retiring council tonight, he <br /> felt that it would be appropriate also if <br /> in some manner we recognized the many citizens <br /> who serve terms on several of the other <br /> City's Boards and Commissions whose terms <br /> expired on the 31st of last year Re would <br /> like to extend his and council 's appreciation <br /> for their long hours of service and would <br /> like that formally communicated to them. <br /> Mayor Meier advised that this would be done <br /> in the form of a letter from him and Council. <br /> Councilman Cussen Reminded the Mayor that Resolutions Nos. <br /> 3, 4 , an 5 were never voted on. <br /> Councilman Cussen moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br /> that Resolutions Nos. 3, 4 , and 5 be adopted. <br /> Question called for.
