411 411 REORGANIZATIONAL MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 9 1964 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in reorganisational session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:31 P.K. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris and Herman Fauson ABSENT: Don Cummings and Dennis Ferrera ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl , City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk COUNCILMEMBERS ELECT: Robert Woodson Betty Johnson Rick Luce APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that the agenda be approved as sub- mitted. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. OTHER BUSINESS Councilman Leary wished to take this oppor- Commending Outgoing Council- tunity to commend Councilman Fauson and members Councilmen Cummings and Ferrera in their absence for the willingness to perform public service - such service takes a lot of time away from one's family, their leisure activities, often go to bed late - wake up tired, and very often put up with situations which are no end situations. He thought the frustrations often outweigh the satisfaction and would again like to commend them for offering their service to the City. Councilman Fauson thanked Mr. Leary. Mayor Meier commented from all the council- members, if Mr. Leary had not expressed that, this is the true feeling to the outgoing council:sombers. • We all have enjoyed working with you and thank you very much for your endeavors.
