JOHAN CONSTRUCTION - FINAL PAYMENT CITY HALL INTERIOR Enclosed is a memorandum relating to this item and recommen- dation is that Council authorize final payment to Johan Construction. G. DIAMOND CONTRACTING CO. - HARPER LAKE PIPELINE - AWARD BID Enclosed is a memo and bid tablulation depicting Diamond Contracting Co. as the low bidder. Recommendation is that Council award the bid to Diamond Contracting Co. H. REID BURTON CONSTRUCTION - PAY ESTIMATE 84 PRE SED BASIN Recommend that Council approve Pay Estimate 84. I. 1200 BLOCK GRANT AVE. SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT - AUTHORIZE CALL FOR BIDS. We have had a nagging problem with the sewer line in the alley between Grant and Lincoln in the 1200 block. We recently had that line filmed with a television camera and found that there is a sag in the line - a low spot that appar- ently settled after the main was put in. In order to avoid a similiar problem to the Jenkins sewer, we are recommending that Council authorize us to call for bids for this replacement. The budget provides for money for this item. J. DICK BIELLA - COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REQUEST - DISCUSSION The Mayor requested at the last Council meeting that this matter be placed on the agenda for discussion by the Council. Enclosed is a memo from the City Attorney. K. SOUTH BOULDER ROAD - PROJECTS A i B. Authorize call for bids. Project A is the area from the RR tracks to just east of Highway 42. Project B is from Via Appia west to tie in to the improvements made by Hills- borough West developers and Mesa Point developers. L. MC CASLIN BLVD. Enclosed is a memo with the up-date on the schedule for the ** McCaslin Blvd. south of South Boulder Road. N. LOUISVILLE ASSOCIATES - THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE STATE HIGHWAY AGREEMENT AND ANNEXATION AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS. These are enclosed for your review. These amendments were necessitated by the changes in the Development Agreement. We are requesting that Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign these amended agreements.
