ORDINANCE #828 - MAJOR THOROUGHFARE FEE INCREASE - 1ST <br /> READING, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> This increase also relates to the Hart Agreement and the <br /> suggested date for this public hearing is also your meeting <br /> of June 5 , 1984. <br /> C. ORDINANCE #829 - AMENDING ORDINANCE #805 - LOUISVILLE MEDICAL <br /> ASSOCIATES INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT - 1ST READING <br /> This ordinance has an emergency clause in it because of some <br /> problem associated with their financing and a letter is en- <br /> closed explaining why they feel an emergency clause is re- <br /> quired. <br /> D. RESOLUTION #14 - ROBERT E. WOODSON <br /> A copy of the resolution is enclosed honoring Mr. Woodson for <br /> his service to the City as Councilman. <br /> E. RESOLUTION #15 - ANNEXATION POLICY <br /> A copy of the resolution is enclosed for Council's review. <br /> 11. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> A. JULY 4TH PICNIC <br /> A copy of a memorandum from August Hioco is enclosed relating <br /> to the annual July 4th picnic outlining the City's normal in- <br /> volvement in the picnic. This item has been budgeted for <br /> in the 1984 budget and we are requesting Council's authority <br /> to proceed with the picnic as planned. <br /> B. WATER BROKERS - WATER CONTRACT - 4.75 SHARES MARSHALL LAKE <br /> A copy of the contract is enclosed and we are recommending <br /> that Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the con- <br /> tract. <br /> C. JOSEPH AND HELEN DOMENICO - WATER CONTRACT 10 SHARES DAVID- <br /> SON DITCH <br /> The purchase agreement copy is enclosed and we recommend that <br /> Council authroize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement. <br /> D. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION - P.U.D. ORDINANCE DISCUSSION <br /> One of the Council's goals was to review and recommend changes <br /> in the F.U.D. Ordinance. The matter was submitted to Plan- <br /> ning Commission for their consideration. They did hold a <br /> study session on the matter and their recommendations are <br /> enclosed. <br /> E. HALL-IRWIN CONSTRUCTION - REDUCTION OF RETAINAGE - MAIN <br /> ST. WATERLINE <br /> Enclosed is a memorandum outlining the basis for this re- <br /> duction.
