ORDINANCE NO. 830 - AMENDING PARK REGULATIONS - 1ST READING <br /> A copy of this ordinance is enclosed for Council's review. <br /> C. RESOLUTION NO. 17 - CYBERMEDICS INC. SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br /> A copy of the resolution as well as the recommendation of <br /> the Planning Commission, and staff memo is enclosed for <br /> your consideration. <br /> D. RESOLUTION NO. 18 - 609 MAIN STREET - FINAL P.U.D. <br /> As above, a copy of this resolution is enclosed as well as <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and staff's <br /> memorandum for Council's consideration. <br /> B. RESOLUTION NO. 19 - ADOPTING FINANCIAL POLICIES <br /> Sometime ago at a study session Council and staff reviewed <br /> the proposed financial policies. Several changes were <br /> suggested by Council and those are enclosed. Still remain- <br /> ing before the adoption of the resolution is for Council <br /> to determine the percentage of support in Policy 15; and <br /> also the cost break down in Policy 16 as relates to the <br /> senior citizens program. We are sending along with this <br /> a recommendation from Director August Hioco for your con- <br /> sideration. Recommend that Council adopt the recommendation <br /> and also Resolution No. 19 adopting the financial policies <br /> for the City. <br /> Item 11 CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> A. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - OFFICE ZONE - AUTHORIZE <br /> ORDINANCE PREPARATION <br /> We submitted this at the last Council meeting for Council's <br /> review and a copy of the memo is enclosed. We are asking <br /> Council's authorization to prepare an ordinance for your <br /> consideration at your next meeting. <br /> B. OPEN SPACE LEASE - LOUISVILLE ASSOCIATES - DISCUSSION <br /> You will recall that Council authorized the open space <br /> lease to the Louisville Associates subject to the inclusion <br /> of a provision that they would acknowledge that the open <br /> space land would be utilized for the purposes outlined in <br /> our open space policy. They are concerned about the liability <br /> of this as relates to the mixing of the cattle in the pas- <br /> ture and people utilizing the open space. So they are <br />
