They are <br /> not required to fence them in. <br /> C. HERITAGE PARK - AUTHORIZE CALL FOR BIDS <br /> A copy of the plans and specifications have been distributed <br /> to you for your review. We would appreciate very much your <br /> returning those after the Council meeting as we will utilize <br /> them for the contractors. <br /> D. SOUND SYSTEM COUNCIL ROOM - AWARD BID <br /> A copy of a memorandum is enclosed outlining the new <br /> quotes on the sound system. We are recommending that <br /> Council authorize the bid to Listen Up in the amount of <br /> $3,965.00. <br /> E. MINED LAND RECLAMATION DIVISION - MAPPING UNDERMINING <br /> Enclosed is a copy of their letter and a statement <br /> summarizing the work and specifications for the up-dating <br /> of the land use maps for the undermined areas around <br /> Louisville. Basically what they are doing in this pro- <br /> ject is taking all the known information that has been <br /> developed since the original maps were prepared and up- <br /> dating them so as to provide the latest information. <br /> This is being done at no cost to the City with the ex- <br /> ception of some staff time to dig out the information <br /> that the City has that is pertinent to the project. <br /> Recommend that Council authorize us to send the letter <br /> indicating Louisville's interest in having the maps pre- <br /> pared by the Department. <br /> F. HYDRO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY - APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 <br /> AND PAY ESTIMATE NO. 4. <br /> Copies of both items are enclosed as well as a letter from <br /> our engineers approving pay estimate 4 and recommending that <br /> change order no. 4 be approved; therefore, it is our recom- <br /> mendation that Council authorize both. <br /> Item 12.
